Vivianne Ma has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, currently working at Barco since November 2014. Prior to Barco, Vivianne held positions at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where an MBA was obtained, and at HNI Corporation, where significant achievements included developing strategic plans for Asian sourcing with an annual budget of US$45 million and leading cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings. Additional roles at The HON Company and HNI Corporation focused on project management and account executive responsibilities, emphasizing supply chain efficiency and collaboration. Early career experience includes positions in sales and public relations planning, enhancing skills in stakeholder engagement and media strategy. Vivianne holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures.
