Jonathan Becker

Dean Becker works closely with students who wish to study abroad, or who are interested in expanding the scope of international activities on the Bard campus and he approves study-away programs. He also directs Bard's Global and International Studies academic program; oversees Bard’s Model United Nations Program and Debate Team; coordinates Bard's exchange program with the United States Military Academy at West Point; sponsors lecture series and other programs that focus on contemporary political, social, and economic issues; offers guidance on overseas fellowship and internship opportunities; and works closely with faculty and administrators at the Institute for International Liberal Education.
