Lynn Hess began their work experience at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. in 1999, starting as an Assistant Internal Auditor. Lynn then transitioned into the role of Accountant in 2001 and later became a Senior Credit Analyst from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Lynn joined BARD Materials as an Accountant and held that position until 2014. Lynn then advanced to Controller and eventually became the Finance Director in May 2017 at the same company.
Lynn Hess earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Clarke University from 1995 to 1999.
