Pascal W. began their career in 2014 as an OS - Algorithms Engineer; Machine Learning and AI at Numenta. In 2015, they held a Researcher (internship) position at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, Frankfurt am Main and also worked as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning and Software Engineer at Swapster GmbH. In 2016, they joined Arabesque as a Quantitative Researcher, Machine-Learning & AI and Weinberger Ventures as an Angel Investor, Mentor & Consultant. In 2017, they became the Head of AI & Rapid Prototyping at Alpha. In 2018, they became an Advisor / Venture Partner at Alpha Intelligence Capital. In 2019, they were the Chief AI Officer at Stealth AI Company and in 2020 they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Bardeen Inc., where they are working on a new idea on process automation.

Pascal W. obtained an Abitur from Eichendorff-Schule in 2007-2015, followed by a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Goethe University from 2015-2016. Pascal also has a number of certifications from various institutions such as ISO - International Organization for Standardization, Udacity, edX, Coursera, and SAS, obtained between 2015-2017. Pascal is currently enrolled in Computer Science, AI etc. courses with Udacity and has taken Machine Learning courses with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
