Karsten Küster

Karsten Kelm is a GIS Analyst/Programmer with extensive experience in geographic information systems, currently working for the County of Ventura since November 2021. Prior to this role, Karsten held positions as GIS Analyst III at AeroVironment from May 2016 to April 2021 and at AECOM from October 2011 to May 2016. Karsten Kelm earned a Master of Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, and completed a Graduate Certificate Program in Geographic Information Systems Technology at the University of Southern California.
