Lukas Matt

Lukas Matt is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security and Senior Expert IT Security at bardusch since July 2021. Previously, Lukas founded the Federated Networks Association Ry, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting knowledge about federated web projects from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Sophos from 2011 to June 2021 as a Deep Packet Inspection Developer, Researcher, and Threat Researcher, focusing on risk management, penetration testing, and technology development. Additionally, Lukas worked as an IT Teacher at IHK Bildungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH from March 2018 to February 2020 and served as a Research Trainee at Astaro AG in 2010. Lukas holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule, achieved from 2017 to 2020, and completed high school with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Balthasar Neumann Schule I between 2008 and 2010.
