Bare & Brave Publishing is an independent UK publisher built around one idea: content that respects its reader.

We publish two series. The Big Stuff is a children's series for ages 3–10 that tackles the topics adults sometimes tiptoe around — body safety, big emotions, bullying, anxiety, peer pressure. Honest stories with real resolutions, written for children and the grown-ups who read with them.

The Brave Work and Bare Truth series are guided journals for women doing harder internal work — neurodivergent, identity-focused, and completely free of toxic positivity.

Bare means honest. Really honest — not the kind that softens every edge until there's nothing left, but the kind that looks directly at the difficult thing and doesn't flinch. Brave means being willing to go there, even when it's uncomfortable. For the writer as much as the reader.

No filler. No talking down.

Launching May 2026.
