Cale Donovan

Cale Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cale co-founded Bare, a modern funeral home, in 2019. In 2020, they co-founded Goodbye Good Boy. Prior to these ventures, they co-founded Turning Basin Labs in 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Cale worked at Ceres Imaging, initially as the Chief of Staff, then as the VP of Operations, and later as the General Manager for the APAC region.

Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at HIRABL from 2016 to 2017. Cale also founded and managed Spoke Group, an HR, recruitment, sales, and consulting company, from 2013 to 2015.

Cale gained experience at Hays as a Senior Consultant and later as the Division Lead for Eastern Canada/US from 2011 to 2013.

Cale started their career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at EY in 2008, where they focused on M&A transactions and financial analysis across various industries. Prior to that, Cale had their own company called Caledon Developments in 2010.

Throughout their career, Cale Donovan has demonstrated their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills, consistently taking on challenging roles in different organizations.

From 2005 to 2007, Cale Donovan attended The University of Western Australia, where they pursued a degree in Commerce. Their field of study focused on Corporate Finance and Management.
