Lauren Howland completed their Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire from 2007 to 2011. Lauren pursued a dual major in Journalism and Women Studies during this time. In 2010 to 2011, Lauren also participated in a study abroad program in India, focusing on Sustainability Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from the 200/hr CYT Yoga Alliance. Additionally, in August 2014, they became a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance.
