Odessa Fellows has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Sales Associate at Fink's Jewelers in 2015 and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Frontline Group.
In 2020, Odessa moved to ThinkOwl, where they worked as a Global Partnerships and Alliances specialist from July to November. Simultaneously, they also joined IHSQUARED as a Director of Operations, responsible for running business development and sales, managing inventory organization and storage, and overseeing various aspects of the company's operations. They left IHSQUARED in September 2021.
Most recently, Odessa joined Barebones in March 2022 as a Business Development Manager. They are currently working in this role and have also taken on the additional responsibility of a Key Account Manager.
