Angela DeMaio has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Angela started their career in 2014 as a waitress at Bareburger Group LLC and worked there until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and managing inventory. In 2015, they also had a summer internship at Gansevoort Market.
Angela's career progressed at Bareburger, where they became a General Manager in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing employees, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and customer service. Angela also handled marketing and promotions, including social media coordination and community events.
In 2017, Angela took on a new challenge as a Regional Manager at Bareburger. Angela developed and managed front of house managers in New Jersey, oversaw inventory and food orders, performed POS activities, and analyzed financial data. Angela also played a key role in opening new restaurants and setting up accounts with vendors.
In 2019, Angela was promoted to the position of Director of Operations at Bareburger. This role further expanded their responsibilities in overseeing operations and coordinating with owners for financial decision-making.
Throughout their work experience, Angela has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage teams, handle diverse customer situations, and contribute to the success of the restaurants they worked for.
Angela DeMaio attended Montclair State University from 2012 to 2016. During their time there, they studied Food Systems. In May 2015, they obtained a certification in ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association.
