Since 2004, Barefoot Brothers Construction has been building and renovating homes across the Greater Orlando area with a standard that's hard to find in volume-driven markets: direct owner involvement on every project.

Founded by Ron Scarpa and Griff Jenkins, the company has remained intentionally owner-operated. Ron leads every project from a structural and technical standpoint; Elisa Scarpa oversees design coordination and client relationships. No handoffs to a rotating crew of project managers. The people you hire are the people who show up.

We work in Winter Park, Orlando, and the surrounding communities — on projects that require both precision and point of view. Specialties include custom homes, whole-house renovations, and light commercial construction. Licensed general contractor, CBC #1257133.
