Capucine Manent has extensive experience in the cosmetic industry, currently serving as Ingénieur technico-commercial at UNIPEX since January 2020. Prior to this role, Capucine worked at CCI R&D as Chef de projets R&D prospective & innovation, overseeing the comprehensive development of cosmetic products, including formulation and industrial scaling. Previous positions include Chargée Recherche & Développement at LABORATOIRES GILBERT, Formulatrice en R&D at Laboratoire Bailly Creat, and various assistant roles in R&D at Bio Beauté By NUXE and Brenntag. Capucine holds a Master 2 in Fine Chemistry with a specialization in cosmetics from Havre, along with a Licence in Chemistry and a DEUG in Material Sciences from UVSQ and Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, respectively.
