David Wei

David Wei is an inspiring leader currently serving as Vice President of Pharma for Asia Pacific at Barentz since 2025. Previously, they held various significant roles at Colorcon®, including General Manager for South East Asia and Australia, where they successfully tripled sales and profit over nine years while managing full P&L responsibilities. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Territory Sales Manager at Capsugel, achieving consistent sales growth. They also contributed as a volunteer at Junior Achievement China, promoting commercial education among students. David earned an MBA in Global Management from KEDGE Business School.
