Jan Weekamp

Jan Weekamp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in application management, business development, and product innovation. Currently serving as an Application Team Manager at Barentz since April 2024, Jan previously held the position of Business Development Manager in the Banket Industrie at Puratos from September 2014 to April 2024. Earlier roles include Manager Innovatie en Technologie at Agrifirm and Head of Product Development at Bolletje, where contributions spanned from product development to innovation leadership. Jan's career began in application technology at Friesland Foods and included a teaching role at Culinaire Vakschool Groningen en Utrecht. Jan holds a Baccalaureus degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has pursued further education at TSM Business School.
