Jonathon Rhodes has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the chemicals industry. Jonathon started their career at Shell Oil Company as a Production Engineer, providing technical support and managing capacity utilization. Jonathon then worked at Stepan Company as a Production Team Leader, where they focused on developing their leadership skills. After that, they joined PQ Corporation as a Site Production Manager, overseeing a significant transformation of the site operations. Jonathon later became a Plant Manager at PQ Corporation, achieving five years of operation without incidents and improving efficiency. Jonathon then became the President of Holland Chemicals, leading the company through a period of reinvestment and growth before its acquisition by Maroon Group. At Maroon Group, they served as an Executive Vice President, driving aggressive growth strategies. Currently, they hold the position of President, Synthesis Solutions at Barentz, focusing on industrial applications and cultivating strong supplier relationships. Throughout their career, Jonathon has been dedicated to customer-focused solutions and strategic principles-based approaches.
Jonathon Rhodes earned a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida between 1991 and 1997. Jonathon also obtained an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 1999 to 2002.
