Peter Cozzone

Peter Cozzone has a diverse work experience in the corporate development and M&A field. Peter started their career in 2009 at KeyBanc Capital Markets as an Equity Research Associate. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Gabriel Partners, LLC as a Senior Analyst, performing valuations for various purposes including mergers and acquisitions. In 2016, they joined Crowne Group, LLC as a Senior Associate, focusing on M&A and assisting with growth initiatives and financial analysis. Since 2017, they have been with Barentz as a Corporate Development Associate and later promoted to Director of Corporate Development. In this role, they have been in charge of leading and managing M&A activities and integration efforts for acquisitions across the Americas, as well as identifying and developing new growth initiatives for the company.

Peter Cozzone attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, where they obtained a Masters degree in Accounting and a B.S.M. degree in Finance in 2009.
