William MacGavin

William MacGavin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in acoustics and musical instrument design. Currently serving as the International Acoustics Manager at Baresque since October 2021, William also operates MacGavin Woodworks, specializing in the design and manufacturing of concert-quality didgeridoos and other instruments. As an Educator and Presenter for Didgeridoo Down Under, William engages audiences across the U.S. with programs that combine music, culture, and science. Previous roles include consultant positions at Intertek and as an Acoustic Consultant at William MacGavin, and an internship at TURNERBATSON. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Alabama.
