Mohammad Ziaei has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. mohammad is currently serving as the Deputy of CEO and Complex Manager at Barez Industrial Group's Kerman complex since February 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director General of Strategic Planning and Change Management at Barez Industrial Group from November 2021 to February 2022. In 2021, they also served as the Chairman of the Board at ARG Tire Industrial Complex.

Mohammad Ziaei has also had experience as a Business Excellence Consultant in their own business since 2010. mohammad was the Deputy Director of Operations and Integration Manager at Parstire from February 2020 to February 2021.

Mohammad Ziaei has an extensive education history. mohammad obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resources Management/Public Administration from Islamic Azad University, starting in 2018 and completing in 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Tehran, studying from 2011 to 2013.

Furthermore, Mohammad also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the IMI-Industrial Management Institute of Iran, which they completed in 2011. Plus, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, earning it between 1998 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Ziaei has acquired several certifications. These include being an Iramot (Iran Award for Management of Innovation Technology) Assessor, which they obtained in 2012. mohammad is also an INQA (Iran National Quality Award) Assessor, completing this certification in 2010. Furthermore, Mohammad holds certifications in writing-submission-document-for-Excellence (based on Excellence Models) from INPA (Iran National Productivity and Business Excellence Award) obtained in 2008. mohammad has also gained certifications in Business Excellence Self-Assessment and business-excellence-assessor (EFQM-Assessor), both obtained from INPA (Iran National Productivity and Business Excellence Award) in 2007.
