Tim Withington

Tim Withington is an experienced professional in the rail engineering sector, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Barhale Construction since September 1997. With a career spanning several decades, Tim has held various roles, including Section Manager at Costain Tunnelling, Sub Agent at Kilroe Civil Engineering Ltd, Senior Engineer at Fairclough Tunnelling (AMEC), and Assistant Mining Engineer at Davy Mining. Tim began the career as a Student Apprentice with British Coal in the South Wales Coalfield.
