Baric Funding is a national, full service legal funding firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. We have more than 25 years experience and were one of the first funding companies to open their doors.

Baric Funding is here to help you. We provide pre-settlement funding/lawsuit loans or cash advances to those who have a pending lawsuit due to no fault of their own. The legal process takes time, usually one to two years. The process puts a tremendous strain on your financial resources. Chances are you will eventually collect a sizable settlement. However until your case is settled, your bills may continue to stack up and you may experience difficulty staying afloat. Let Baric be your solution! We can get you the money you deserve in as little as 2 hours.

Baric Funding is known to treat their clients and potential clients professionally, caring and with compassion. We are known to be a very transparent firm, to not have hidden fees and not have surprises anywhere in the funding process.

Baric Funding is here to help you and your family! Working with Baric Funding provides you cash now. We advance money today and when your case settles, you pay us back, but remember that if you don’t win your case or get a settlement, you DON’T PAY US BACK.
