Carlotta P. has extensive experience in SAP consulting, specializing in the food industry and project management within various organizations. Currently serving as an SAP Consultant at Barilla Group since November 2019, Carlotta focuses on project and application maintenance methodologies, quality, and security. Alongside this role, Carlotta has been an Executive Board Member at CilieginFiore since July 2020, actively participating in initiatives addressing malnutrition and eating disorders. Carlotta has a background in AMS for SAP systems at Number1 Logistics Group, where key responsibilities included process analysis and upgrade project management, as well as serving as a quality manager. Additionally, Carlotta founded IPSIUS in February 2009, providing consulting services for IT departments during critical phases of SAP implementations. Previous roles include founding membership in Tiatiò ONLUS, consultancy positions in ePRICE Spa and Unigrà, and project facilitation at Barilla G&R F.lli SpA. Carlotta holds a university degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano and completed education at Liceo Classico Paolo Sarpi.
