Giulia Burani

Giulia Burani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for APAC at Barilla Group since May 2014. In this role, Giulia oversees the management and development of plant personnel in multiple locations, ensuring compliance with legislation and effective union relations. Previous roles at Barilla include HR Manager for Meal Solutions and HR Plant Manager for Bakery, where Giulia focused on enhancing organizational performance and employee capabilities. Giulia's career also includes experience at Datalogic in corporate HR and as an HR Trainee, as well as an HR Generalist Trainee at Elettric80 SpA.
