Ilektra Bitsori

Ilektra Bitsori is currently the HR Business Partner for Eastern Europe at Barilla Group, where they focus on empowering teams through talent management, culture, and capability building. Previously, they held various roles in talent management and HR at companies including NTT DATA Europe & Latam, Coca-Cola HBC, and Nova. Ilektra completed a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management at the University of Groningen and holds a Licentiate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. They began their career with an internship experience at The HEINEKEN Company, where they gained insights into global talent management practices.
