Simona Ferrari

Simona Ferrari has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, primarily with Barilla Group since June 1992, serving in roles including L&D & HR Admin Professional, HR Administration service, and responsible for the Learning & Development Administrative Office. Simona's expertise also encompasses HR management and industrial relations. Prior to Barilla Group, Simona worked in the shipment office at Simonazzi (PR) from February 1992 to May 1992. Educational achievements include a Master in "Fare formazione" from SDA Bocconi in 1999 and a Certificate in Accounting from ITC Melloni, completed in 1991.
