Stefania Barone has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for Global Process Units at Barilla Group since 2008. Previous roles at Barilla include HR Director for the Region of Italy and Job Family Trade & Sales, as well as Human Capital Senior Manager for Brand Development and Market Unit Italy, and for Market Unit Europe - Cluster Italy. Prior to joining Barilla, Stefania worked as HR Manager at Bologna Business School, Recruiting and Selection Manager at Ferrari S.p.A., and as a Human Resources Representative at Adecco SpA. Stefania holds a Master Degree in Business & Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed secondary education at Liceo Classico Galvani.
