Caitlin Fields

Caitlin Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles, currently serving as a Director at Baringa since October 2015. In this position, Caitlin leads high-performing teams focused on product ownership and service design, with recent responsibilities including the design and delivery of Online Originations and Security savings journeys for a UK building society. Prior to Baringa, Caitlin held positions at IBM as a Strategy Consultant in the IBM Interactive Experience division, where complex digital strategies were developed for large consumer product clients, and at Coventry Building Society as an Underwriter responsible for mortgage application processing. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and completed A Levels in Psychology, Maths, and Economics at Bablake School.
