Dan Pitcher

Dan Pitcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Director at Baringa Partners since January 2021, Dan focuses on developing strategies that leverage differentiated customer experiences to drive business growth, implementing Customer Transformation programs, and applying AI to enhance customer and employee experiences. Prior to this, Dan held various roles at Accenture Interactive from September 2011 to January 2021, including Experience and Digital Marketing Lead, where advocacy for agile adoption and technology-driven business goals was emphasized. Dan’s earlier experience includes project management and strategy consulting roles at Accenture and Orchard Care Homes, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and customer centricity. Dan holds a BA Hons in American Studies and History from the University of Nottingham and has studied at The University of British Columbia.
