Jonathan Woad

Jonathan Woad has extensive experience in government consulting and project management, currently serving as a Manager in Baringa's Government Practice since July 2021 and previously as a Senior Consultant. At Baringa, Jonathan specializes in developing transformation approaches and impactful business cases for government departments and public sector organizations. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at PA Consulting as a Business Case and Investment Strategy Consultant and led operations at ThePowerMBA as the Country Operations Lead for the UK. Jonathan's earlier roles include Programme Manager for the UK Home Office with FDM Group, where significant governance structures were implemented, and project management for critical ERP system integrations. Jonathan served in the Royal Navy for over 16 years, fulfilling various leadership roles including Minewarfare Instructor and Operations Officer. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and a BSc in International Relations from the University of Plymouth.
