Patrick Cook is a consultant at Baringa, specializing in commercial and transaction advisory in clean energy and power since October 2023. Patrick also advises UNOPS on youth perspectives related to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals through the '30 below 30, to get to 2030' initiative. As an Ambassador and Steering Group Member for the Give An X campaign at My Life My Say, Patrick contributed to encouraging voter registration among young people prior to the 2024 General Election. In addition, Patrick participated as a project member at COP29 with ClimaTalk, reporting on energy transition and carbon market negotiations. Previous experiences include policy research at The Brookings Institution and internships in strategy, M&A, and credit research. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
