Ryan Burns

Ryan Burns is a seasoned professional in the field of workforce advisory and human resource management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Baringa since April 2023. Previously, Ryan held various roles, including Manager at EY in the Workforce Advisory division from March 2020 to April 2023 and Senior Consultant at North Highland in People and Change from April 2019 to March 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at EY in Workforce Advisory from May 2016 to March 2019 and as a Consultant at Talogy (formerly OPRA Psychology Group) from October 2014 to May 2016. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management from The University of Waikato.
