Sofia Gkiafi is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in supply chain and business planning across various sectors. Currently serving as a SC&P Management Consultant at Baringa Partners since May 2018, Sofia has led a global end-to-end redesign of planning processes for a major consumer goods company, focusing on performance improvement initiatives such as inventory optimization. Prior experience includes a managerial role at PwC Consulting, where Sofia was instrumental in integrated business planning for a global brewing company, and a senior associate role at PwC Consulting. Additional experience includes demand forecasting and supply management at Procter & Gamble.
