Tom Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and marketing leadership. As a Partner at Baringa Partners since May 2019, Tom specializes in customer and digital strategies. Simultaneously, as Chief Marketing Officer for Milton Keynes Ice Hockey Club Limited, Tom spearheads brand and marketing initiatives for the MK Lightning. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG UK as Digital Lead for Banking and as Director and COO of Digital, Analytics, and Innovation, where Tom was instrumental in developing digital solutions for banking clients. At Camelot, Tom served as Managing Director and played a pivotal role in managing the UK National Lottery's operations and major projects. Earlier in the career, Tom held positions at Accenture and ICL Fujitsu, focusing on technology implementation and consultancy. Tom holds a BSc in French and Law from the University of Surrey.
