Brad Divins has a range of work experience in the real estate industry. Brad is currently the Global Head of Corporate Properties at Barings. Previously, they worked at Wells Fargo in various roles, including Vice President, Senior Transaction Manager - Asia Pacific, Vice President, Senior Transaction Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions and Americas, Vice President, Negotiator - International Division, and Asst. Vice President, Portfolio Manager - International Division. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager in the Regional Division and as a Project Coordinator/ Administrator. Brad's responsibilities have included real estate strategy development, lease negotiation, project management, and portfolio management across multiple countries and regions.

Brad Divins completed a Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global. Brad also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte. In addition, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University School of Business. Brad has obtained certifications in CoreNet Global Chapter Leaders and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn.
