Brian Terrick is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at Barings since August 2022. With a focus on evolving technology infrastructure delivery, Brian leads the Global Technology and Data IT Service Management Team, enhancing ITIL processes, and managing key initiatives like CMDB enhancement, service reporting, and cloud operating model implementation.
