Bryan High serves as Managing Director and Head of Global Private Finance at Barings since April 2007, overseeing investment capabilities in private credit through Direct Lending, Capital Solutions, and the BDC franchise. Bryan High leverages Barings’ origination capabilities to deliver innovative capital solutions within a portfolio management framework designed for market cycles.
