Caleb Olson

Caleb Olson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Caleb is currently working at Barings as the Director of Corporate Strategy since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Director and Head of Distribution Business Management from January 2021 to May 2022. Caleb also worked as a Product Management Associate Director at Barings from April 2019 to December 2021, and as a Product Management Analyst from January 2017 to April 2019.

Before their time at Barings, Caleb worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. from July 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they supported merger and acquisition transactions, equity offerings, and corporate finance projects. Caleb was responsible for drafting marketing materials and providing financial analysis.

Prior to their experience at Robert W. Baird & Co., Caleb interned at Ross, Sinclaire & Associates as an Investment Banking Intern from January 2014 to May 2015. Caleb also worked as a Summer Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets from May 2014 to August 2014.

Caleb's earlier work experiences include serving as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from June 2012 to January 2014, and as a Treasurer at the Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club from August 2012 to December 2013.

Caleb Olson graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Caleb also has additional certifications in Series 63 and Series 79.
