Christopher B. has extensive experience in regulatory change management, currently serving as Head of Regulatory Change at Barings since August 2014. With a background in project management at M&G Investments, Christopher effectively led significant regulatory initiatives and complex organizational changes in the Retail division, including FATCA, RDR, and AIFMD. Previous roles include Senior Programme and Project Manager at Post Office Ltd, where Christopher managed a revenue-driving portfolio, and positions in financial services and marketing at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Schröder, Munchmeyer & Hengst, Prudential Bache Inc, and ECS Computervertrieb GmbH. Christopher holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of York and has additional education from the University of Mannheim and Douai School.
