Cory Boyd

Cory Boyd has extensive experience in technology and business management, currently serving as Senior Director - Technical Business Manager to the President's Office at Barings since December 2019. In this role, Cory leads stakeholder engagement and governance while managing change management processes to foster innovation and efficiency. Previously held positions at Barings include Director of Business Solutions and Delivery, focusing on alignment between business and technology strategies, and roles in Digital Product Management that involved establishing digital product governance and roadmaps. Prior to Barings, Cory held several director-level positions at Ally, where responsibilities included overseeing development teams for various financial management applications and analytics. Early experience includes roles at Bank of America and Sunbelt Rentals as a Web Developer and Business Analyst. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
