Daniel Lang, CFA, has extensive experience in high yield credit research and analysis within the investment sector. Currently serving as Senior Director for Global High Yield at Barings since April 2020, Daniel has progressed through various roles including Director and Associate Director within the same department. Prior to Barings, Daniel worked as a Research Analyst at Marathon Asset Management, focusing on high yield performing and opportunistic/distressed credit. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Barclays Investment Bank, where Daniel specialized in high yield credit research, particularly in the media, cable, satellite, and theatre sectors. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University and has also attended Bond University. Education was completed at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy.
