Eric Jan

Eric Jan has extensive experience in investment management and underwriting, currently serving as the Head of Hong Kong & Taiwan at Barings since January 2006. Eric has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director for Investment Initiatives in the APAC region and responsible for representing Barings' investments in China. Eric's experience includes roles in structured credit products, where responsibilities involved analysis and selection of CLO securities, and significant achievements in underwriting at Invicta Credit LLC. Previous experiences include product support management at Honeywell and engineering roles at Eastman Kodak and AlliedSignal. Eric holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions such as MIT and Caltech.
