Ian Mayhew

Ian Mayhew is a Managing Director in Real Estate Asset Management at Barings, a global investment manager, since May 2007. Prior to this role, Mayhew served as a Senior Asset Manager at London Merchant Securities plc from 2002 to 2007, and held positions as a Senior Surveyor at DTZ and a Surveyor at St Quintin. Mayhew obtained the MRICS designation in November 1997 and holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation & Law from City, University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
