Jane Laventure

Jane LaVenture is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Barings since November 2018, Jane has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director and Associate Director. Prior to this, Jane was a Senior Corporate Governance Associate at Brighthouse Financial from January 2017 to November 2018. Jane's career began at Fidelity Investments, where Jane worked as a Senior Legal Product Manager from 1996 to 2005, and included positions at Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., BB&T, and Barings in various legal assistant and analyst roles. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Bridgewater State University.
