Jason Mann

Jason Mann is a seasoned finance professional with over 27 years of experience, currently serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Barings since January 2021. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at AvidXchange, Inc., where responsibilities included building and managing an FP&A team, establishing vital budgeting processes, and creating frameworks for evaluating technology expenses. Before AvidXchange, Jason spent over two decades at Wells Fargo in various roles, culminating as VP, Strategy Consultant for Digital Channels, where oversight included a large project portfolio and financial tracking. Jason holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Commerce from UVA McIntire School of Commerce.
