Joel Pecoy is an experienced CRE Debt asset manager with over 15 years in Real Estate Lending, Finance, and Commercial Real Estate asset management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Barings, they lead, train, and mentor a talented team of asset managers while fostering client service excellence through analytical expertise. Previously, Joel held significant roles at Ares Management Corporation, UC Funds, and Colony Hills Capital, where they demonstrated strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
