Mark Hindson has over two decades of experience in finance and investment, currently serving as Managing Director at Barings since August 2013. In this role, Mark is responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing senior and junior debt investments in middle-market private-equity sponsored transactions across various industries. Prior to Barings, Mark was Principal Consultant at Richter Consulting, Inc., providing turnaround and corporate renewal consulting services for distressed middle-market transactions. Mark also held senior positions at Quinten Road Management LLC, CIT, GE Antares Capital, LaSalle Bank, and Ernst & Young, with a focus on sponsor finance and corporate strategy. Mark Hindson earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and holds a Master's in Accounting as well as a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
