Michael Simpson

Michael Simpson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity analysis and management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Latin American Equities at Baring Asset Management since October 2011, Michael has held significant roles in the finance sector, including Senior Equity Analyst positions at Wells Capital Management, Seven Global Research, and Lehman Brothers, as well as an Associate role at Salomon Brothers. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and dual degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston University. Additionally, Michael attended Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and completed studies at Markham College.
