Nick Dailey

Nick Dailey is an experienced professional in real estate equity acquisitions, currently serving as Associate Director at Barings since September 2023, focusing on East Coast real estate investments. Prior to this role, Nick worked as an Associate in Investments at EQ Office from December 2021 to September 2023 and held the position of Senior Analyst in Capital Markets at Newmark between January 2020 and December 2021. Nick's career commenced at Meridian Capital Group as an Analyst in Capital Markets from May 2017 to December 2019, following a Summer Analyst role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and an internship in Commercial Lending at Live Oak Bank. Nick holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and a Real Estate Series Certificate in Commercial Real Estate, both from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
