Patrick Hartman

Patrick Hartman is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director of Global Private Finance at Barings since September 2015. Prior to this role, Patrick held various positions including Director and Associate Director within the same division. Previously, Patrick worked at BMO Capital Markets from July 2007 to August 2015, where roles included Vice President and Associate in Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance, as well as Analyst positions in Investment and Corporate Banking. Patrick holds a degree from Lake Forest College, earned between August 2003 and May 2007.
