Rosa Epperson

Rosa Epperson, CPA, CFE, currently serves as the Senior Director of SEC Operations and Reporting and the Senior Director of Global Structured Financing Operations at Barings since June 2021. Previously, Rosa held the position of Group Manager and Lead Manager at BNY Mellon from April 2019 to June 2021. Rosa has extensive experience in investment accounting, serving as the Investment Accounting Director at UBS for a brief period in 2018 and in various roles at Barings from 2013 to 2018, including Investment Accounting Director, Investment Accounting Controller, and Investment Accounting Assistant Controller. Earlier in Rosa's career, positions included Senior Associate at PwC from 2009 to 2013 and Audit and Tax Intern at Anquillare, Ruocco, Traester and Co. from 2007 to 2008, as well as an intern at Sikorsky from 2004 to 2007. Rosa Epperson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice from Post University.
